Legal
By using ECHO, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
ECHO is a digital time capsule service that allows you to create messages, attach media, and schedule them for future delivery to specified recipients. We provide the platform; you provide the content.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use ECHO.
You retain full ownership of all content you create on ECHO. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, encrypt, and deliver your content as instructed. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your capsules.
You may not use ECHO to send content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by technical issues, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
ECHO is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
